    Juan Sanchez

Live Rig: Peavey Wolfgang & Fender Stratocaster guitars
Fender Twin Tube & Peavey 5150 amps
    Favorite Color: Red
Influences: Eddie Van Halen, Neal Schon, and Gary Richrath
    Leading Lady: Sandra Bullock

I'll Watch Again: Star Wars (all of them), Indiana Jones Trilogy, Forrest Gump, Highlander and Braveheart.
What I'll Eat: Anything warm and hearty. I love veggies, but you can keep your sprouts, roots and leaves. If it once walked on all fours, chances are I'll eat it, and, anything wrapped in a floured tortilla.
What I Like: Independent and free spirited people... attractive, intelligent women - who do not feel the need to debate every issue.
What I Don't: High maintenance, materialistic and overly dependent people, cluelessness, egos larger than my own, and overt political correctness.

Neither the founding member nor the latest to join the Dirty band, B.K. (a.k.a Juan Sanchez) was instrumental in transforming the band from a garage band to a legitimate live act. Juan brought new life to the band (a quartet at the time) with a hip new guitar sound and a can do, get it done attitude.

For those who are unfamiliar, Juan (pronounced "one") originates from many references including, Sexy Juan, Dirty Juan and "can I have Juan more beer"?

With the addition of Pepe Sanchez, increasing the band to a quintet, the band seemed destined for greatness. However, circumstances arose and the band was reduced to the existing trio. Admittedly, Juan's ego kicked in and after many auditions for a second guitar player, the band realized that it was Dirty enough with three and actually ran leaner and meaner with the smaller line-up. The self-proclaimed brains of the group, Juan keeps the boys busy by providing the booking, marketing and management functions within the band.

When not rocking the house with the Band, you can catch B.K. playing acoustic guitar in and around town, so check with your local bar and always be on the lookout for an impromptu acoustic set by the Dirty Boys themselves.
